📋 01 Introduction & Definitions

Bets-jit.com ("bets", "we", "our") is an online betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "member", "you") and bets. By using the bets website, mobile app, or any of our services, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Member: A person who has successfully registered an account with bets.

• Balance: The total of real money and bonus credits held in your bets account.

👤 02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use bets services, you must meet certain eligibility requirements. Compliance with these conditions is a legal obligation.

• You must be at least 18 years old must be met. Minors are not permitted to open an account.
• Only one account per individual One Account permitted. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration true and accurate must be provided. Providing false information may result in account termination.

• Deposits are free of charge — though payment provider fees may apply.
• bKash/Nagad deposits are generally processed within Instant — credited to your balance within 5 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days to process.
• Only in your own name payment method must be used.

🏦 04 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing funds from bets is straightforward and transparent. A few conditions apply to help prevent fraud.

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Without KYC Verification)
• Limit for KYC-verified users: ৳10,00,000 Daily
• bKash/Nagad typically within 15–30 minutes Withdrawal is completed.
• Withdrawals are only available to that payment method Refunded via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

Withdrawals may be delayed in certain circumstances — such as when KYC verification is required, suspicious activity is detected, or a technical issue arises with the payment gateway. In such cases, bets will contact you within 24 hours.

🎁 05 Bonus & Voucher Terms

Bets bonus offers are exclusive perks for our users. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions — failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus (100%): For new members only, applicable once on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager 3–5x the combined value of your deposit and bonus.
• Validity: If wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of receiving bonus credits, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Per User Limit: Each member may use the same voucher code only once.
• Combination Limits: As a general rule, only one bonus code may be applied per deposit.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games or categories.

Certain general rules apply to all bets placed on bets, regardless of the betting type.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — especially for in-play betting.
• Odds displayed on bets are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a technical error causes abnormal odds to be displayed on any bet, bets reserves the right to void that bet.
• Maximum winnings are set separately for each betting market.

Sports Betting Special Rules

In live betting on cricket, football, and other sports, odds change in real time. bets uses real-time data to set odds. Rules for pre-match bets and live bets differ slightly — contact bets support for details.

🚫 07 Prohibited Activities

Bets is an honest and transparent platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing opposing bets to meet bonus requirements, or any other form of strategic abuse.
• Fraud: False identities, forged documents, or fraudulent payments.
• Cheating: Unlawfully influencing the outcome of an event or misusing insider information.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money obtained from illegal sources through bets.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking or Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

🔒 08 Account Closure & Suspension

Bets may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).
• Failure to pass age verification in accordance with our responsible gaming policy.

If your account is closed, the real-money portion of your balance will be refunded — provided no breach of terms is proven. Bonus credits will not be returned. To reactivate your account, please contact our support team.

🌱 09 Responsible Gaming Policy

Bets believes betting should be a source of enjoyment, not a cause for concern. We place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities and provide a comprehensive set of tools on our platform.

• Betting Limits: The ability to set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent account closure.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders about your playing time and spending.

Any dispute with bets will be resolved through the following process:

• Step One: Contact our support team directly — we will endeavour to resolve your issue within 72 hours.
• Step Two: If the matter remains unresolved, the senior management team will conduct a review within 7 business days.
• Step Three: If both parties agree, the matter may be referred to a neutral third party for mediation.

Disputes regarding any bets on bets must be raised within 30 days of the result being finalised. Claims submitted after this deadline may not be accepted.

Continued use of the site after any changes to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you have the right to close your account.
